Associates of Mary is a group of men and women associated themselves with the Sisters of Mary Immaculate, from Krisnagar, India. Their religious congregation was founded by Bishop Louis Morrow, an American priest that was appointed Bishop of Krishnagar by Pope Pius XII on May 25, 1939.
Our prayer group has been very fortunate to have met the Sisters and been asked to form the Collaborators. We share a spiritual bond with the Sisters of Mary Immaculate and all of the other collaborators from India, Germany, Africa and our own country, the United States. It is very comforting to know that we share in the prayers and intentions of all, and especially that we are united through our daily recitation of the prayers in our prayer devotion booklet.
Bishop Morrow, lovingly called "Father Bishop" has left us a precious legacy:
Our patroness is St. Therese of Lisieux. Our spirituality is the Little Way of Spiritual Childhood lived by St. Therese.
We have two meetings a year with one of them being a retreat at the Motherhouse of the USA group in Leechburg, PA
If you feel called to learn more about us, and perhaps become a Collaborator, please call:
